Analysis of relation between land utilization types and carbon emission rules in Heilongjiang Province

Change of land utilization types is the main factor and driving force of regional environmental change, and is also the leading factor of global change. Focused on cropland, forestland,grassland and building land, based on method of carbon emission coeffcient, land utilization structure changes and carbon emission situation from 1985 to 2013 in Heilongjiang province and from2000 and 2013 in different cities were analyzed, the overall intendency and differences among regions in all province were analyzed. Finally, strategies and advices of improving carbon emission reduction by regulating land structure were put forward.
