How to Identify FRET in 2D Spectroscopy, an Answer from "Noise"
Description
Forster resonance energy transfer (FRET) describes an incoherent energy-transfer mechanism. In this issue of Chem, Petkov et al. introduce a new model for identifying FRET signature in two-dimensional electronic spectroscopy by using concepts borrowed from noisy-light spectroscopy. Their model is successfully tested in tailored-designed experiments and extended to previous ones.
