Description
Housing recovery after large scale disasters requires resources from multi-stakeholder (MS) collaboration, including private sector, NGOs, international organization, and foreign government. However, we have little knowledge on MS roles in funding distribution and project implementation of post-disaster housing programs. Selecting the Great East Japan Earthquake, describing different housing recovery approaches and utilization of MS approach.
