In 2012,National Open University,Beijing Open University,Shanghai Open University,Jiangshu Open University,Guangdong Open University and Yunnan Open University were approved to rename by Ministry of Education,China.These open universities are facing many pressing issues in the process of development,which includes why to establish open university,etc.This paper will make a discussion on these topics.
